Which poems of Rilke would you propose to me favouring research of whatever poems for the purpose of "savouring the earth"? Die neunte Eligie ist klar.
It's at theme of ecocriticism and literature I devote my amateurish study or research.

Es geht wohl um ecocriticism und literature allgemein und hier besonders bei R.M. Rilke , also - wenn ich es richtig verstehe - um einen kritischen Umgang mit der Wirtschaftlichkeit / Ökologie / den Ressourcen der Erde und dieses Thema in der Literatur, bei Rilke ...

Liebe Barbara, wenn ich die neunte Elegie lese, scheint es mir aber doch eher auf savouring hinauszulaufen, Ginge es um ecocriticism, wie du vermutetst, würde ich nennen: "Die Städte aber wollen nur das Ihre..." aus "Von der Armut und vom Tode". ( Wir haben es hier schon mal diskutiert.)

group is very new and we will met us again not before a month. So I have
asked a few people in an online forum http://www.rilke.de about your
research. You are also invited, to discusss in this newsroom about Rilkes
literature and live. We reflecting on : do you mean save or savouring ?
About ecocriticism and literature Rilke write in his poem "Die Städte aber
wollen nur das Ihre..." in "Stundenbuch. Von der Armut und vom Tod." We
have discussed this poem also in the Online Forum. So if you like, have a look
... It would be nice to hear from you again.

Hej again Barbara.
Tanks for your letteranswer. First: it's all about SAVE the earth, of
course. Sorry. Be prepared on more faults of me of language in future. But
my intention is to find literature that will encourage people of reading it
and be positive to the message of it's necessary to start or renew efforts
of "saving the earth". The results of green parties are not enough to hope
for.
In the first range I want to reach middleclassreader. For the moment I am
stimulated by the book "The song of the earth", author Jonathan BATE. The
British literature seems to have many authors or poets fitting to my demand.
Ecocriticism och ecofemininism seems to be new appoaches of
literaturestudies ain some universities of Sweden to pay attention to this
question.
